Instructions and Templates

Authors are invited to submit an Abstract within the Themes & Topics of Fifth International DAM WORLD Conference until 30th July, 2024.

The Fifth International DAM WORLD Conference 2025 will be using the ConfTool Conference Management System for Submissions of Abstracts, Full Papers and for Registrations. Please, create an Account in the Conference ConfTool plataform.

Abstracts should have a maximum of 350 words and must be written in English (text only). All Abstracts submissions should be entered directly in the ConfTool form (Abstract field). There is no need to upload any files.

The Publication Fee entitles Authors to publish papers in the Conference Proceedings and to receive an electronic copy of the Proceedings book.

At least one paper's Authors must register for the conference. Attention to the author´s registration deadline as announced in the tab "Important Dates". 

Each Author Registration is entitled to 3 Papers. There is also an option of paying Publication Fees, which will entitle Authors with more than 3 Papers, or Authors who do not intend to participate in the Conference, to publish extra Papers. Please, contact the Fifth International DAM WORLD Conference Organising Committee if you would like to submit more than 3 Papers.

Abstracts should be updated in the ConfTool form when submitting the Final Version of the Full Paper.

PAPER SUBMISSION WILL BE AVAILABLE IN DW2025 CONFTOOL PLATFORM AFTER THE CALL FOR ABSTRACTS IS CLOSED AND ONLY FOR ACCEPTED ABSTRACTS

Full Papers should be submitted in a PDF file (maximum of 5MB). Files are to be uploaded in the DAM WORLD ConfTool System, please, DO NOT send files by e-mail.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: ConfTool will be using double-blind reviews. Thus, in the first submission of Full Papers DO NOT enter the Authors names neither photos in your paper, despite the fact that those fields are available in the template. For the Final Version of the Full Paper, Authors are kindly requested to add Authors Names and Authors Photos in the file. 

After approval of the Full Paper, Authors are required to upload a pdf and word versions of the Paper. Do not forget to include Authors Names and Authors Photos in the Final Version!

Conference Proceedings will be published electronically. 

Only Papers with at least one Author registered by the deadline for Authors Registration (deadline to be announced) will be included in the Proceedings. Each Registration is entitled to 3 Papers.

PAPER PRESENTATION WILL BE AVAILABLE IN DW2025 CONFTOOL PLATFORM ONLY AFTER SUBMISSION OF FINAL PAPER

Authors of approved Papers and registered by the Authors Registration Deadline, are kindly requested to upload their presentations (PPT files) in Conference ConfTool system by the deadline of 6th April, 2025.

The Presentation Template is available to download. Only presentations using the template will be accepted.
