Sponsorship and Exhibition

Sponsorship and exhibition at the Fifth International DAM WORLD Conference provides an excellent opportunity to promote your company, support your products, and maintain a high profile in the industry.

The Exhibition will be held within refreshment breaks area, maximising the opportunity for participants to visit the Exhibition. In addition, the Exhibition area adjoins the scientific programme auditorium, thus guaranteeing a high level of delegate visitation.

Early confirmation of your support to the Fifth International DAM WORLD Conference will ensure maximum exposure as your logo can be immediately included on the website and in the extensive promotional campaign implemented in the lead up to the Conference.

Sponsorship Opportunities

All the rates indicated in the table above are expressed in EUROS. All rates do not include VAT. Portuguese VAT will be added to the final cost, if applicable.

Exhibition - Stand Package

Investment 2000€

The Exhibition area is located in the Conference Centre hall, the central hub of DAM WORLD Conference, near the reception desk and next to the coffee break area. Delegates will visit the Exhibition for refreshments, exhibitors’ presentations and networking. The stands location is highlighted in yellow in the figure below.

Each single stand has an area of approximately 6 m2 (3 m x 2 m).

Stand Allocation

The final allocation of stands is made taking into consideration both the Exhibitors’ level of Sponsorship and the date of payment. Booth locations will be assigned on a “first come, first served basis”.

The number of exhibit spaces is limited - reserve your spot as soon as possible.

Safety

General safety services in the Exhibition areas are available during the Conference. Small equipment (e.g., portable PC’s) are recommended to be locked in the stand whenever the Exhibitor is absent. 

The Exhibitor is responsible for his licenses and insurance. Furthermore, the Exhibitor is responsible for any damage his staff does to the building.

Cleaning Services

Cleaning services are provided during the Conference.

Setting-up and Dismantling

• Setting-up – the stands are delivered to Exhibitors from Friday 11th April, 2025 at 9 AM.

• Dismantling – All Exhibition material must be removed from stands on Thursday 17th April 2025.

Collaborators

A maximum of two collaborators are accepted per stand, with the allowance of two exhibitor badges. They can access coffee breaks and lunches, but not conference rooms.
